I've been a professional software developer since 1994. I am currently a software engineer at Morningstar Corporation. I was formerly a team lead at Mindgrub Technologies building applications for NASA, Royal Farms, Univerity of Maryland, and others. Previously I was the chief IT officer at Tenjin Tech, a Dublin-based company that provides training resources to accountancy students. I was the principal developer of Budget Builder for many years. I used to be pretty active on StackOverflow.

My wife Kim Rice is an artist and professor. You should check out her work.
